Hello there,

I'm Martin 👋

I'm Martin Bock, a full-stack software engineer with a focus on web technologies, software security, distributed systems. I studied Computer Science and Media (M.Sc.) at Stuttgart Media University, where I wrote my thesis about architecting a distributed crawler to measure the adoption of phishing-resistant authentication methods on the web.

Currently, I'm part of the talented team at Steuerbot, where we make tax returns easy for everyone. In recent years, my favorite tool to work with has become Go for its simplicity, robustness, and performance. Beyond coding, I enjoy photography, tinkering with 3D printers, and nordic crime thrillers.
